Born on the blessed island of Sardinia in 1979, I soon felt the call to be part of a new global renaissance, where arts and science would help humanity finally find unity, peace and harmony.

So the journey began.

Education

While my high school studies at Liceo Classico mainly included humanities such as Ancient Greek, Latin, arts and philosophy, for my university I decided to ground myself with a BA degree in marketing, while supporting myself producing commercial events and acting in opera theaters.

I then felt the need to reconnect to my passion for live arts with a Master’s degree in Performing Arts management at the leading business school in Italy, the SDA Business School in Milan.

In 2009 I completed a Digital Media professional certificate at the New York University.

After 20 years of practice of Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sahaja yoga, in 2015 I attended Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga Teacher Training.

Marketing and pr for culture

Being mainly based first in New York and then in Berlin, I worked with some of my dream cultural organizations and artists. I started taking part to the marketing and pr team of the Film Society of Lincoln Center and the Sundance Film festival for three years, the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto for two years, the production team of Ennio Morricone’s Radio City Music Hall concert, Google as a website quality evaluator, among other minor collaborations.

Curator

After moving to Berlin in 2010, I joined for five years the science foundation Falling Walls first as a digital manager and then as co-curator and editor of their prestigious conference.

While working at the Falling Walls conference, I was lucky enough to bring together two of the most relevant and my favorite artists, the leading environmental artist Olafur Eliasson and the dissident activist Ai Weiwei, in the digital project Moon, while Weiwei was still confined in China by the authorities.

From 2013 I started freelancing internationally as a curator of immersive and interactive art and as moderator focusing on arts and change.

Among other collaborations: the conversation between Tomas Saraceno and Daniel Libeskind at MADE space, the Arts&Society conversation series at Soho House Berlin, the Summer programme of the institute for urban innovation Strelka in Moscow, the environmental artist residency TBA21 Academy, the series “New Collectors Academy” at Tofiq House São Paulo, the festival for public and digital art Lexus Hybrid Art in Moscow, the performance art installation “Carousel” at the Faena Art Center in Buenos Aires, and the opening of the FYF festival for Soho House Los Angeles.

Writer/editor

While in New York in 2006, I created and edited for two years a blog about arts and change called Artmorphosis, financed by the Regione Sardegna. Then I ventured copywriting with the digital and print promotional materials of the Festival of Two Worlds, and the Falling Walls Foundation.

I collaborated as a contributor with the digital magazine of Smart cars about urban innovation, the Creators Project about arts and technology, and I still write about arts and change for Nova, Il Sole 24 Ore, the innovation insert of the main Italian financial newspaper.

Cultural consulting

As a result of my focus on cultural innovation and my personal passion for community, yoga, wellness and consciousness, I have consulted several companies such as the cultural village Monopol Berlin , the conscious neighbourhoods Venn , the hotel/hostels for digital nomads Selina , Lexus and Mitsubishi, on topics such as creative community building, organizational transformation, the future of holistic wellness.

Regenerative experiential art

Today the only way I can imagine to promote personal growth with my work, is facilitating moments where people are holistically engaged in an aesthetic journey where life and art, introspection and celebration, meet with the intention of personal, environmental and social regeneration.

For this reason in 2017 I started KAVANA, a laboratory of regenerative experiences that brought me to create contemporary rituals and special meditations in Berlin, a transformational festival in a castle, the conscious programme of MAXA at Burning Man and a year round conscious program at the rooftop terrace Supra Roma in Mexico City.

Leading a Sunset Sound meditation at Supra, CDMX
The “Fairy Tales from Orient to Occident” experience at Beesenstedt
The System Reset experience at the sound temple NOVA in Mexico City
The sound meditation “Tantric Energetics” at Olivia Steele studio in Berlin
A guided breathwork meditation by Eva Kaczor and Carlita on the art car of MAXA at Burning Man 2019

I seek to keep on putting my experience and passion at the service of Life.

Write me.
